Questions
Where is my data stored?
On our own server in an EU data centre. We don't use shared booking platforms, and your data stays in the EU.
Is my system separate from other clients?
Yes. Every client gets their own isolated container, with its own database and its own address. Other clients can't see or reach your data.
What about GDPR?
We act as your data processor and sign a data processing agreement with you. The booking form only asks for what's needed (name, phone, e-mail), asks for consent, and old bookings are anonymised automatically.
Can I keep my domain?
Yes. We connect your existing domain, or set up a new one for you.
What if I want to leave?
Cancel with one month's notice. We export your bookings, clients and invoices for you.
Do I need to be technical?
No. We set everything up and look after it. You use it on your phone, like any other app.
